At Upper Valley Apiary, we make this possible through our custom apiary design and management services. Drawing on four generations of beekeeping expertise, we create and care for small, professionally managed apiaries on private estates, businesses, and institutional properties throughout the Upper Valley.
From installation to harvest, we take care of everything.
HOW IT WORKS:
Our turnkey apiary program makes beekeeping simple and accessible, even for those with no prior experience.
We work with each client to select the ideal location, design and install the apiary, and provide ongoing care throughout the seasons. Clients pay a one-time installation fee and an annual management fee, then enjoy 10–20% of the honey produced, while we harvest and sell the remainder.

3. Year-Round Colony Care
Our beekeepers monitor colony health, manage seasonal needs, and maintain the hives.
5. Your Own Honey
Enjoy 10–20% of your apiary's honey harvest, straight from the hives on your property.
2. Hive Installation
We supply and install the beehives, honeybee colonies, and essential equipment.
4. Honey Harvesting
We handle the harvesting and processing of honey produced by your colonies.
