Upper Valley Apiaries' honey is pure and distinct: never blended with imported or commercial honeys, never standardized to make each harvest taste the same. Named for Anatolii's mother, Lidia, our raw honey reflects a sense of harmony with nature: the flowers the bees visited, the weather of that particular season, and the beautiful Vermont landscape in which it was made. From tending the colonies to harvesting and preparing the honey, we work in small batches and handle each step with care.
The goal is simple: to interfere as little as possible with what the bees make so beautifully themselves.
